About the instructor:
Megan Gonzalez is a Minneapolis-based creative director and the founder of MaeMae & Co. She helps other companies look good through branding design, surface design, photo styling, interior design, and consulting. Known for her textured patterns, clever play with color, and ability to bring a client’s vision to life, Megan’s style is layered and cheerful with a unique mix of old and new. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Design*Sponge, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Oh Joy. Megan uses watercolor in pattern creation for surface design, texture in branding, and as a meditative exercise. She currently teaches watercolor at LAB Mpls in Loring Park.
