My brain feels young and my body feels old. As a young person, I was a good swimmer and dove backward off the diving board. Now my brain can still think of how to do these things, but my body can no longer do them. I feel 25 in my brain and 75 in my body. It helps to exercise my brain by reading and doing puzzles. It helps to exercise my body by yoga and walking. However, nothing I do will ever bring back my youth.
