CEO Ben VandenWymelenberg (B.S. ’12) is in good company: All 17 employees of Woodchuck, the company he founded, are University of Minnesota alumni or current students. Based in Minneapolis, Woodchuck designs and manufactures beautiful wooden accessories for tablets, phones, laptops, headphones, journals, and more. It has what VandenWymelenberg calls a “radically simple mission:” Bring nature back to people, jobs back to America, and quality products back to consumers.
