The Friends of the Libraries organization is vital in providing support for the advancement of University Libraries. Present your Alumni Association card to receive a $40 savings on a Friends of the Libraries application. Download a Friends application.



Online Library Access

Alumni Association members have access to two University Libraries databases, which contain thousands of academic journals, trade publications, company profiles, market research reports and more. You can access them below with your Email login (U of M Internet ID) and Alumni Association current membership.

Library access is available 4-6 business days after you join.


All users:

Connect to the Academic Search Alumni Edition database.

Connect to the Business Source Alumni Edition database.

If you have an active U of M e-mail address: At the Login page, enter your Email login (U of M Internet ID) and password as you would when logging into your e-mail account.
