U of M Day of Service at Bakken Museum Outdoor Gardens

Saturday, October 14, 2017 9:00AM - 12:00PM

Lead Volunteer
Joelle Larson

Since 1975, The Bakken Museum has been committed to nurturing a passion for science in visitors from around the world.  A Smithsonian affiliate, The Bakken offers dynamic exhibit experiences and industry-leading STEM-focused education programs.  Our experiences focus on the history and nature of electricity and magnetism, Minnesota’s medical technology industry and, of course, Frankenstein!
Volunteers will be outdoors to help prepare the Bakken's three acres of gardens for the winter.

The Bakken Museum has a small parking lot, as well as street parking available.
