Purpose, Passion, and a Paycheck - The Rise of Encore Careers

People crave meaning and purpose in their lives, and in their work. The drive for purpose fuels career decisions across the lifespan, as people explore ways to find work that connects with meaning, purpose, and impact.

This webinar will explore generational trends towards meaningful work, with an emphasis on encore careers: career shifts at midlife and beyond into social sector work. Trends will be highlighted, and pathways to encore work will be identified. Thoughts on how to transfer skills and talents from the for-profit sector into social sector roles will be explored.
