You wouldn’t think a former pastry chef would found a company devoted to the creation of foods devoid of grain and sugar, but that’s what Krista Steinbach (B.S.B. ’07) did when she and cofounder Mary Kosir (M.A. '00) created WholeMe. The culinary collaborators say the only preservative they use is the refrigerator.
