Chocolat Céleste

An entrepreneur at heart, Mary Leonard (‘76, ‘79) dreamed of founding a food business since age 16. In 2001 her dream came true and Chocolat Céleste was born!


Each chocolate is meticulously handcrafted by chocolatier and University of Minnesota alumna Mary Leonard. Mary's attention to design and flavor places these chocolates into a category of their own.
